Derp's Sunnyaka Alliance 12/16/14 7:30am (ish)

I am disappointed to involve a GM in this matter. I have been told/threatened that one would be involved because of my actions earlier...

As the alliance leader for Sunnyaka, I had loot set to Leader before we started. I told everyone there that I would distribute the loot, that I only wanted 12 to ensure EVERYONE got atleast a stone for helping. I didn't expect to be swarmed as soon as I started looting. I didn't have room for taking 3 items, so I dropped one of mine and almost instantly one of my legion mates names pops up on an Item Acquired Alert, L110 stone. As i'm telling people to get back, and let me distribute the loot for "my alliance". 3 others also looted before I could get back to what was left while being flooded w/ trade requests and whispers of accusations before I even was allowed to loot and begin the leader's obligation. I stated clearly before the boss that I would distribute the loot. All I promised was everyone would get atleast 1 stone. The 4 people that looted for themselves, were kicked after I checked the alerts to make sure that they did get what was promised. The members of the alliance that constantly sent trade requests, and accusations in whispers to the point I couldn't even open a chat window were given stones 1 at a time, then kicked for being rude. I believe this took the alliance down to 6 members. Disgusted with how petty the people I tried to be generous to, I went to my studio and asked those who were patient with me to follow. Those people were given their stone. The Jewel box was given to the only one who could use it, "class roll". The box was never promised to be given to anyone, nor the hairpin. The person given the jewel box, and their stone was asked to not roll on the hairpin. The winner of the next roll received the hair pin. *Not me*

I am not sure of the time, I believe around 7:30 AM CTSTD. I'm not sure if this deserves looking into, I don't appreciate their actions or attitude toward me. I tried to form a party and help 11 other people out since enchantment stones were going up so much. I feel my kindness was abused, and my generosity was mistaken for weakness. It is unfortunate anyone got upset for not being able to roll as they felt. It was not underhanded, no settings were changed during the fight. I was clear about what everyone would receive.

It is funny that I have been present for 2 other fights with Sunnyaka, when members of my alliance that were allowed to join. Were in a group of 6 to kill Sunnyaka and refused to ally my cleric, who was healing them and helping DPS on 2 previous occasions. Did not offer any compensation. Sorry, that's not funny. Even when I asked how much the pin would be sold for and asked to get a chance to buy it 1st, I was ignored... 1st time I mentioned it though. I didn't grief them, I didn't even hold it against them. I gave them a chance, and I am disappointed I allowed them to come and receive a stone instead of anyone else on the server.

This is more than I care to say. People have threatened to involve GM's against me for my reaction to their poor attitude and behavior toward me.

Fire Gleeful Ladder replied to xform and flight time

Greetings, Daeva, We understand your frustration and appreciate you reaching out to the community for help. Not receiving a verification email is a common issue that many players have encountered across various games. We’ve checked the forums and have a few potential fixes you can try. Hopefully, one of these will help you get into the game!

Possible Fixes for Verification Email Issue

Check Your Email Folders: This may seem obvious, but it's the most common solution. Please check your spam, junk, and other filtered folders. Sometimes, a legitimate email can be mistakenly flagged and sent there. Add Aion to Your Whitelist: To prevent future emails from being blocked, add the official Aion email address (often something like `noreply@aiononline.com` or an equivalent from NCSoft/Gameforge) to your email account's contact list or whitelist. This tells your email provider that you trust the sender. Try a Different Email Provider: Some email providers, particularly those like Hotmail, Outlook, or Live, are known to be overly aggressive with their spam filters. If you used one of these, consider creating a new account with a different provider, such as Gmail, and try the registration process again. Many players report better success with services like Gmail. Wait for the Email: Depending on server load and other factors, there can sometimes be a significant delay in receiving the verification email. In some cases, it may take several hours or even a full day to arrive. If you've just created your account, we recommend waiting a while longer before assuming it's a bug. Contact Aion Support Directly: If none of the above steps work, the best course of action is to contact the official Aion support team. They have the tools to manually verify your account or provide a direct solution. You can typically find a link to their support portal on the official game website. They will likely ask for your account name and the email address you used. We hope this information helps, and we look forward to seeing you in Atreia soon! Feel free to update us if you find a solution that works for you, as it may help other players with the same problem. Best regards, The Forum Moderator Team
